Mark J. Wojnar

Mark J. Wojnar, age 46, is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mariner Asset Management Services, LLC. He is responsible for the real estate operations of Mariner and its affiliates including acquisitions, asset management, development and property management services. Mr. Wojnar has approximately 23 years of institutional real estate investment experience. Prior to establishing Mariner, Mr. Wojnar was employed for three years by Cabot Investment Properties, a sponsor of tenant-in-common and other real estate programs. While at the firm he was a Senior Vice President and Director of Acquisitions and Asset Management. During that three-year period he was associated with the acquisition of nine properties with a syndicated value exceeding $260 million. Mr. Wojnar has also been active as a licensed general contractor building single-family homes as well as completing tenant improvement projects in commercial properties. Prior to this he was employed for nine years by Cabot Partners, an institutional investment advisor specializing in the assemblage of portfolios of commercial/industrial real estate assets throughout the United States. While there, Mr. Wojnar was involved with the acquisition and management of properties valued over $750 million. His responsibilities included acquisitions, property management, and asset management for portfolios in nine of the largest markets in the country. From 1984 to 1986, Mr. Wojnar worked as a commercial real estate economic data analyst for Torto, Wheaton and Associates (now a part of CB Richard Ellis).

Mr. Wojnar is a 1985 graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Michael M. Cabot
Co-Founder
President

Michael Cabot, age 37, is co-founder and President of Mariner Asset Management, LLC. His responsibilities include managing broker-dealer relations for Mariner and its Affiliates as well as investor services. Mr. Cabot has approximately eight years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries. Prior to establishing Mariner, Mr. Cabot was active as a registered representative with OMNI Brokerage where he assisted investors with the identification and subsequent exchange into tenant-in-common programs. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida, and started his real estate career with the Palm Beach, Florida office of Brown Harris Stevens. While at Brown Harris Stevens he specialized in the sale of commercial and high value residential properties to high net worth individuals. He is currently licensed with Homer H. Marshman Real Estate. He has also been involved in a variety of entrepreneurial endeavors including owning a clothing company and a cigar accessory company.

Mr. Cabot is a 1993 graduate of Newberry College with an Associates degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.

Homer H. Marshman, Jr. 
Managing Director and General Counsel

Homer H. Marshman, Jr., age 53, is Managing Director and General Counsel of Mariner Asset Management, LLC. He is responsible for the general legal affairs of Mariner and its Affiliates. Mr. Marshman has approximately 25 years of real estate law experience, primarily as a sole practitioner. He is currently a principal of Phoenix Title Agency Corporation and a licensed Florida real estate broker.

Mr. Marshman is a 1977 graduate of Rollins College with Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He subsequently earned his Master of Business Administration from Rollins College in 1978. Mr. Marshman went on to Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. He earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1981. He practices real estate law in Florida and is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar Association.
